Lorraine Kulik graduated from Columbia University majoring in Art. Afterwards, traveled abroad to continue her studies in the UK and the Continent. After two years she repatriated to the U S taking up residence in Dix Hills. Since then she has been very active in the Long Island and Huntington Art Community teaching , lecturing and judging shows at the Art League of L.I. and other similar venues.

Working in all of the classical mediums, Lorraine has received numerous prestigious awards and recognitions for her portraits, nature studies, abstract paintings and collages in oil, watercolor and pastel. Her paintings reside in collections in England, France and the United States.
